Apparaiser messed up sale price of my house so appraisal came in low, fixed the price and appraised for sale price, now the buyer got their own appraiser and they came back 10k under, what’s your advice?

So even though there was a clear and obvious mistake from the first appraiser, the buyer for some reason didn't trust the adjusted appraisal value and got their own appraisal. New one came back 10k low even though multiple realitors have appraisals are all coming back at sale price lately because of the hot market.

What's your advice here? I'm mad that this lady for some reason can't accept that there was mistake and there's no way I'm coming down 10k, we had 2 offers first day on the market at asking price
