I know nothing is guaranteed, but after the rush and hustle of putting in an offer on my wife and I's first home, going through inspect, concessions, etc… it seems like this appraisal part of the process is like a full-stop on progress. While I'm trying not to let my nerves get the best of me, is there something I should be doing (other than prepping the rental we currently have for moving, packing, etc) to prepare for a seemingly certain close?
