Property Management/Leasing Agents

My partner and I recently opened a management company. We currently manage a little over 500 residential units and we are looking to acquire additional properties as well as adding an in-house leasing department. The average management fee in our area is 4.5% gross and we pay 100% off of first month's rent to outside leasing agents.

Management: •we emailed owners information about our services in the surrounding neighborhoods, noting our experience(15 years) and competitive rates

Leasing Agents: •agents have their own desk/computer/phone •we have posted on all job sites and Craigslist •we offer 50% first month's rent from our in-house listings, 40% outside listings and 35% off of premium leads(, domu, etc)
