I am not sure if this is the appropriate sub/format for the question. A transfer of property occured through a warranty deed. Prior to that, within days, two quit claim release deeds were written to rightful owner saying the property was being transferred to lawful owner 'for consideration paid' this makes no sense because the owner had all rights to land back to 1700's. Then transferred the following day by waranteed deed. Any idea what kind of bs this is? Thanks in advance.
