Hello! I bought my first home almost a year ago, I specifically purchased a condo here in Panama City Beach, FL in the Island Reserve community for potential long term rental. I am in the military and will be leaving in August and having the condo available for September move in…my question is, will it be necessary to have a property manager? Can I manage this on my own while not being available locally or should I practice an out of sight out of mind approach and stand to lose part of the small amount of cash flow for this single property?
