Starting to look at buying in the Bay Area. We've gotten pre-approved from a few lenders and are interviewing agents. One problem: we haven't figured out if we want to live in the city or on the peninsula.
Is it considered bad form to work with one agent in one territory and a different in the other? I'd prefer that to working with one agent who covers both (and thus neither?). But I can understand why an agent might want focus.
