Haven't heard too much about this idea of non profit co-op before. Really liked the home and the comunity looks beautiful. It all sounds really awesome on paper. All neighbors know each other, there's a community center with a pool, sport fields, there's a pond, hiking trails… there is a pretty hard core approval process, so being realistic about it. We are both mid 30s, one baby, two dogs, proffesionals, etc.
Can anybody share thoughts, experiences or any other information pertaining to this living situation? My idea of a co-op used to be a hippie commune, but that apparently changed today. This is a 230+acre patch of land with roughly 75 families living there, and it's no far from civilization either!
Thanks in advance,
