Recovering Expenses – inspections and option fee

This is in Houston, Texas. We recently bid on a house and there were issues with the house that the seller claimed as not having defects on the seller disclosure form. They sent us over the inspections they did when they bought the house and checked the stucco and receipts for stucco work that was done. We did our inspections and there was work that wasn't done or was incomplete and issues with the windows that were not disclosed but clearly stated in their inspection from when they bought the house so there's no way they could say that they didn't know. If this all falls through, how can I go about recovering my money? I have a bad taste in my mouth that the non-disclosure form was being used as a method to get someone to give a bid at a certain level and then rope them in with cost associated with the inspections and anything else.
