Tax advice: 1031 exchange with self through LLC

Preface: I am a small potatoes landlord that knows just enough to be dangerous. This was just a random idea Im attempting to flesh out I have a SFR that Id like to do a 1031 with to get a property in a different county. There is also a vacant lot (in the county I want) that Id like to buy and build a SFR on. Could I buy the lot as an LLC, build, then sell to myself doing a 1031 with original undesired SFR?
