Hi all, I spoke to the listing agent and would like to put 2% of their commission towards closing costs as a rebate. This equates to roughly 10,000$. Where can I list this out in the MLS 6.1 contract to say that the closing costs are coming from the listing agents commission?
I'm just nervous that the listing agent is going to "pull a fast one" and not tell the home owner that the closing costs are coming from the agent commission (& forcing the owner to pay these).
