I'm a first time buyer and I am wondering who do I negotiate the price of a home after inspection. I am going though the seller's agent and they sent the contract to my RL attorney.
I am meeting with the attorney this coming Monday. Who do I speak with to negotiate the price? Do I negotiate before or after signing the contract? I see a few mixed messages when I googled the question (i.e. sign, inspection, negotiate or inspection, sign, negotiate)
